Join us for a special evening of "Community Care" where you will learn different techniques for taking care of yourself and your loved ones. Please note, this is 1 class option of a series of Community Care Workshops offered. Check out our other offerings here. 

The event will include:

• Fire cupping demonstration 

• Your own fire cupping set

• Silicone cupping demonstration

• Y mas! 

• An opportunity for you to practice these techniques while mentored and supported by Dr. Gonzalez

Additionally, we will have vegan food snacks, coffee and tea. 

Who is this workshop for?

These events are for NRGY Wellness patients & friends (only women please for safety and comfort of other participants) who are interested in learning various traditional techniques for caring for themselves and their families. If you are not a patient, please reach out to us to receive permission to attend the event. This class REQUIRES that you have received Fire Cupping in the past, no exceptions. It is VERY important that we prescreen as this is a very special event and we want to know you have at least received fire cupping several times before intending to offer it to others. 

This is an introductory workshop to empower you with knowledge to care for yourself and your loved ones so if you are a practitioner or licensed professionals this workshop might be too introductory for you. However, you are still welcome to join us, just note that specifics about anatomy will not be in depth. 

Spaces are VERY limited as we want this to be an intimate hands on experience where you feel personally mentored and guided by Dr. Gonzalez.
