Is this your first time at NRGY Wellness? This is the appointment for you. In this appointment you will establish care through an in-depth intake, assessment and treatment plan. Acupuncture appointments are primarily focused on acupuncture protocols but they can include traditional fire cupping, herbal prescription discussions, sobadas/body work, breathwork, moxibustion or Yoga nidra meditation, etc.

Follow up Visit- Acupuncture + Infrared | $125, 60 mins

Acupuncture appointments are primarily focused on acupuncture but they can include traditional fire cupping, herbal prescription discussions, some light sobadas/body work, spirit talks/platicas, breathwork, moxibustion etc. This appointment is for established returning patients.

Follow up Visit- Acupuncture +Infrared| $75, 30 mins

This is perfect for those with recent injuries or pain who would like several treatments to support faster recovery. These are also great for those with limited time who would like a faster treatment time or fertility patients looking for consistent support. This treatment is acupuncture only and it includes infrared therapy. (no bodywork)

This treatment is for those experiencing pain and/or inflammation. This treatment includes Acupuncture, anti-inflammatory herbal massage oils, gentle bodywork, stretching, heat therapy, warm towels, thai bodywork, fire cupping & infrared therapy.

Integrative Fertility Consultation + Acupuncture Treatment- $285, 75mins

This appointment is for those seeking guidance and an integrative treatment preconception/fertility plan. You will receive an in-depth assessment followed by detailed personalized fertility treatment plan. If you would like me to review labwork ordered by another practitioner please upload it to your portal prior to your appointment. This appointment also includes a full treatment. *Please note, we incur substantially more training for reproductive medicine and thus charge an additional fee for the initial consultation. This appointment also includes an in-depth customized Fertility plan which is not included in a "New Patient Appointment".

After the treatment you will receive in your patient portal a detailed Fertility/Preconception Guide which includes Fertility Nutritional Therapy based on Eastern Nutrition and Western Nutrition, Herbal and supplement protocol specifically for fertility and lifestyle recommendations. This appointment is for those seeking womb-centered care, for menstrual pain, irregular menses, fertility, etc. : This appointment includes Acupuncture, infrared mineral heat and the NRGY Abdominal Method which is an integrative approach that includes medical abdominal massage/Chi Nei Tsang, womb massage, warming herbal oils, body alignment & moxibustion. IVF implantation Day Support- $125- 60mins (Please schedule 2 appointments, 1 before procedure & 1 after. If the appointments are outside business hours there is an additional $50 charge to accommodate )

This appointment is for your IVF implantation day. It includes one treatment prior to implantation and one directly after. Because implantations often occur early in the morning, the first appointment is usually very early and needs to be scheduled in advance. Prenatal Acupuncture & Massage- $165,75mins

This is the ultimate pampering experience for the expecting momma. This appointment includes safe prenatal acupuncture and a relaxing full prenatal massage.

Birth Preparation Support-$165,75mins

This appointment is ideal a few days before expected delivery date. It includes calming prenatal massage and Acupuncture targeted for delivery support and natural movement/induction. This appointment is ideal for established prenatal patients but first time patients are welcomed. Moxibustion and Spinning Baby Balance method techniques also included when necessary.

Postpartum Ceremony & Treatment-$165,75mins

This appointment is for the postpartum patient looking to integrate their birthing experience. You will be guided with gentle massage, thai bodywork, alignment techniques, breathwork and acupuncture. This appointment is ideal after 4-6 weeks PP or once released by provider.

Facial Acupuncture Appointments

All inclusive Pampering Special- $225 90mins (Now with Light Therapy)

Ready to pamper and nurture yourself or the special person in your life? This luxurious 90 minute treatment includes acupuncture points specifically to balance and tonify while relaxing the nervous system. Also includes a full facial sculpting massage with buccal release (intraoral massage), a gentle hydrating mask, neck and shoulder release, facial steaming and all vegan natural products. Finally they are anchored back with some foot reflexology using warming herbal oils and hot stones.

This is my custom signature facial that I developed after many years of cultivating my physical and spiritual gifts. It is an integrative facial that has a mind, body and spirit approach for both a beautiful physical and spiritual glow. It includes: facial and body acupuncture, steaming, warm towels, exfoliation, sculpting massage (guasha, facial cupping, facial acupressure, buccal), nourishing gentle face mask, moisturizing cruelty-free products, Mesoamerican deck card-pulling, sound therapy and a spiritual limpia.

In this appointment you will be guided through a breathwork technique I have developed by combining Conscious connected breathwork, holotropic breathing, qi gong, pranayama, meridian therapy theory, acupressure and indigenous ceremonial practices of central Mexico. You are cherished, and cared for in a compassionate and supportive way, something everyone should experience at least once. NRGY Breathwork is an integrative breathing technique intended to energize the breath and facilitates a deep awareness of connection with your higher self, providing the groundwork for profound personal development. It is followed by a spirit platica/talk to fully integrate the experience.
