Community Care Workshops

Welcome to our Community Care Series of workshops to empower and support the community with techniques and knowledge to care for themselves and their loved ones. The inspiration and intention behind this series and these workshops are to disseminate and share everything I have learned over the last decade+ of practicing this medicine and these beautiful care techniques. Selfcare is beautiful and has its place, but through community care we can bring back tenderness and autonomy. If you resonate with this and would like to join us please select the class below. Early bird pricing for Community Care in-person classes: 

$375 for Intro to Fire Cupping (regular $425)- 3 hours (Hosted only 2xs a Year in LA & Escondido )

$425 for NRGY Abdominal Method (Hosted only 1x a year in LA & Escondido) & Advanced Fire Cupping regular $475- these are more advanced classes- 4 hours 

To honor the investment made in the same household early bird is $425 Per COUPLE regular cupping class is $425 Per PERSON so $425 savings. ($500 per couple after early bird.)- 3 hours Hosted only in Escondido 

No refunds, exchanges to a different date are accepted if done AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance of the workshop you can no longer attend. Payment plans available, please reach out to inquire.
