Join us for a special evening of "Community Care" where you will learn different techniques for taking care of yourself and your loved ones.

The class will include:

• Some general anatomy review

• The history and benefits of fire cupping. 

• Fire cupping demonstration 

• Your own fire cupping set

• Silicone cupping demonstration

• Somatic massage to close the session

• An opportunity for you to practice these techniques while mentored and supported by Dr. Gonzalez

Additionally, we will have vegan snacks and warm tea available for you to enjoy throughout the workshop. 

Who is this workshop for?

These events are for those ready to learn a traditional and evidenced based modality for taking care of their loved ones a communities (only women please for safety and comfort of other participants; please check out our co-ed couples class if interested in attending as a couple). We do encourage that you receive fire cupping prior to attending this class, however it is not a requirement. 

This is an introductory workshop to empower you with knowledge to care for yourself and your loved ones so if you are a practitioner or licensed professionals this workshop might be too introductory for you. However, you are still welcome to join us, just note that specifics about anatomy will not be in depth.
