Do you take insurance?
No, we are not in network with any insurance provider. We do take HSA, FSA and similar health savings accounts. We can also provide you with a Superbill for you to submit a claim through your insurance, but you would want to contact your insurance prior to know your benefits coverage.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?
It is important you complete your intake forms prior to your appointment to give us time to prepare your chart. You should also make sure you are hydrated and have eaten something before. Some people report more needle sensitivity or lightheadedness when they are dehydrated or haven't eaten. No alcohol or hallucinogens before your appointment so as to not interfere with the benefits of the treatment. Most of our patients are comfortable getting undressed like for a massage

Can i bring someone with me to the appointment?
While your guest is welcome, we do ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate them ahead of time. It is recommended, however, that you come on your own so you are not distracted during your appointment.
I want to come with my spouse/mom/sister/friend/daughter/etc. can we schedule at the same time?
Yes, we do love treating couples and families. Please email us with your request and we can accommodate your party ahead of time.
Do you only treat fertility and women's health? No, however that is our primary focus. We also specialize in: adolescent health; sports injuries specifically runner injuries ; cosmetic acupuncture and male fertility for your partner only if you are also a patient.

What forms of payment do you accept? In order to book an appointment we do require a card on file that is only charged at the end of the appointment. If at the end of the appointment you would like to pay with a different method we do accept all major credit cards, debit cards, exact cash (we do not carry change), venmo and zelle.
Why can't I book at your Los Angeles location?
This office is currently at capacity and has a waitlist. We do prioritize fertility patients, however, so please reach out to us via email to schedule.
