This is a 1-day retreat perfect to help you disconnect but not completely interrupt your schedule. We will gather in Mountain Center, a picturesque town 2 hours from LA and San Diego. If you'd like to stay longer, the retreat will only be a short 20 minute drive from Idywild, CA. where you can find beatiful cabins, boutique hotels and Air BnBs.

Women's Healing Day Retreat in Mountain Center, CA
NRGY Wellness is excited to partner with the amazing Liz Eddy of Origen Method for this All Inclusive Wellness Day Healing Retreat. If you are looking for a safe space where you can come together with other women then this is a perfect opportunity for you to disconnect and reconnect.
Intention: Honoring the Spring Equinox & the change of season through movement, breathwork, sound and seasonal foods. The Spring is the time of the Wood Element which rules over the Liver & Gallbladder. This is a time to move through the "puppy energy" season with a sense of exuberance and excitement for life and living. Come spend a day hugged by the San Jacinto Mountains in community with other amazing women.
About the Space: Mountain Center is a beautiful retreat town nestled in the San Jacinto Mountain. Surrounded by stunning mountains and pine trees you can feel the powerful energy of the area and are immediately relaxed and disconnected. It is only a beautiful 2 hour scenic drive from LA or SD. And there is plenty of parking (yay). We will gather in a private community space surrounded by the beautiful mountains. (Address provided upon booking)

10:30am-11:15am: Wood Element Stimulating Qi Gong
11:15-12:00p: Yoga Flow
12:00pm-1:00 pm: Seasonal Nourishment
1:0pm-1:30pm: NRGY Breathwork + Integration
1:30-2:00pm- Free time (an opportunity to journal or go for a walk)
2:30-3:45- Yoga Nidra with Subconscious Resonance Sound Immersion Experience
3:45-4:30pm: Closing Fire Limpia

Meet your Guides:
Liz Eddy is a seasoned yoga instructor, certified hypnotherapist, and sound healer with over a decade of experience. As an RYT 200, she specializes in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Sculpt, bringing dynamic and restorative practices to students worldwide. Liz’s journey began at CorePower Yoga, Del Mar San Diego, and has since taught at renowned studios such as Vishva Yoga in Vietnam and Vikasa Yoga in Thailand, inspiring transformation across cultures. In addition to her yoga expertise, Liz is certified to teach Chi Gong and Tai Chi, adding depth and balance to her offerings. She is also a certified trauma-informed hypnosis sound therapist and Subconscious Resonance Sound Therapist, offering immersive sound healing sessions that integrate mindfulness, meditation, hypnosis, and therapeutic resonance for deep healing and balance. By day, Liz works as a lawyer specializing in trademark law, bringing dedication and mindfulness into every aspect of her professional and personal life.
Hilda Gonzalez is a Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist & Clinical Herbalist with a Doctorate & Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. In addition to acupuncture and clinical herbalism she uses an expansive integrative individualized approach including lifestyle medicine, nutritional therapy, 5 element therapy, body work, breathwork, spirit platicas, limpias, yoga nidra, chi nei tsang, womb sobadas, etc. and always honoring and coming back to her roots of Traditional Mexican Indigenous Medicine (specifically her herbal lineage practices and those from her birth place of Michoacán, Mx.) It is her goal to get to "the root," "hasta la raiz" in order to empower her patients with the appropriate modalities and tools they need to achieve their health and personal goals. In her personal life, Hilda strives to also live a life that honors her own health by practicing yoga (since age 12) & founding a women's running club creating safe space for women to gather.
