NRGY Wellness is excited to partner with the amazing Liz Eddy of Subconscious Resonance Sound Immersions for this All Inclusive Wellness Day Healing Retreat. If you are looking for a safe space where you can come together with others that care about creating community then this is a perfect opportunity for you to disconnect and reconnect.
Intention: Reigniting the Fire. Honoring the Fire Element of the Season.
As we arrive to the middle of the year we will take the intention of gathering the flames to come back to ourselves and reignite our purpose and strength.
About the Space: Mountain Center is a beautiful retreat town nestled in the San Jacinto Mountain. Surrounded by stunning mountains and pine trees you can feel the powerful energy of the area and are immediately relaxed and disconnected. It is only a beautiful 2 hours scenic drive from LA or SD. And there is plenty of parking (yay). We will gather in a private community space surrounded by the beautiful mountains. (Address provided upon booking)
Itinerary:
9am-9:30am: Arrival, Vegan snacks & tea.
10:00am-11:00am: Group Hike- begin the day by raising our heart rate, getting our blood pumping and connecting with nature.
11:00am-11:30 pm: Vegan Lunch
11:30-12:00pm: Tea Ceremony for Intention Setting
12:00pm-1:00pm: NRGY Breathwork + Integration
1:00-2:00pm: Free time (an opportunity to journal or ride to the ranch to meet the animals)
2:00-3:30: Yoga Nidra with Subconscious Resonance Sound Immersion Experience
3:30-4pm: Closing & Pirul limpia
