The NRGY Ritual

The NRGY Ritual  | $165- 75 minutes

The NRGY Ritual is a unique, ceremonial session designed to help you release energetic blocks, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and feel more present and aligned in your life. This acupuncture appointment combines an integrative experience for body, mind & spirit. 

Each session is centered around your needs and may include:

• Gentle acupuncture to support your nervous system, hormonal balance, and energetic flow.

• A traditional limpia (energetic cleansing) using my own in-house made Agua Florida, sacred smoke, and prayer. 

• Drumming to honor the elements

• Vibrational Healing with Tuning Forks 

• Sound Therapy with Crystal Bowls and chimes. 

• Guided Nidra Meditation to help you identify different patterns. 

• Breathwork and guided meditation to bring clarity and calm

• Gentle dialogue to center and ground you in your intention.
