Welcome to our Community Care Series of workshops to empower and support the community with techniques and knowledge to care for themselves and their loved ones. The inspiration and intention behind this series and these workshops are to disseminate and share some of what I have learned over the last decade+ of practicing this medicine and these beautiful care techniques. Selfcare is beautiful and has its place, but through community care we can bring back tenderness and autonomy. If you resonate with this and would like to join us please select the class below.
